Inviting of People and Expelling

As you guys may know, the guild is full of people who are offline most of the time. There are people who have custom titles and those that either have Noblesse Oblige and Memento Mori. From those, can you guys try to find who goes on, and who doesn't? Also, when you guys invite, if it's a stranger, make sure you've seen that person on many times. If you know that person, try to see if they are actively playing. Thanks.
