The Guild is not a Charity

We seem to get a lot of people who ask for stuff. Those found to be constantly begging for items or leeches will be warned. Those that are warned and does it again will be expelled from the guild. Guildies can help if they want, but it gets people mad when one doesn't stop the begging.
